From the Avon Police Department: a new traffic control signal at the entrance to the Avon High School on West Avon Road is expected to start flashing yellow on Friday, September 11, and remain that way throughout the weekend. It is expected to begin regular cycling on Monday morning, September 14. Residents are urged to exercise caution in this area.
